1. Introduction
1.1. Welcome to www.raslan.org (the “Site”). The owner and operator of the Site is [Raslan company for import & export], a company registered in Egypt, together with any current or future subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, or assignees (collectively, “Raslan”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
1.2. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all other policies and additional terms posted on the Site (including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, as amended from time to time, collectively the “Legal Documents”) set out the terms on which you can access and use the Site and our services for purchasing products.
1.3. By accessing, registering, and/or continuing to use the Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Legal Documents with immediate effect. References to “you” or “your” refer to you as a user and customer of the Site.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Site.

2.1. Raslan provides an online platform through the Site to enable users to browse, order, and purchase food and beverage products and related items (“Products”).
2.2. Depending on the business model and your location, our services may include, without limitation:
Displaying Products and prices;
Taking and managing orders;

Warehousing and order fulfillment;
Organizing delivery of Products; and
Customer support and complaint handling.
2.3. Modification of Services. We may update, modify, suspend, or temporarily discontinue any part of the Site or services at any time. We will try to avoid disruptions, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. User Agreement & Eligibility
4.1. You are responsible for reading these Terms and all Legal Documents, and for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
4.2. To purchase Products from the Site you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian; and
Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Egypt.
4.3. You are responsible for all orders and activity under your account, including any orders placed by persons you allow to use your account.
4.4. You agree not to:
Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
Use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; or
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Prices, Fees, Taxes
5.1. All prices on the Site are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Prices may include or exclude VAT or other taxes as clearly indicated at checkout. Any delivery charges, handling fees, or additional services will be displayed before you confirm your order.
5.3. We may change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.
5.4. You are responsible for any bank charges, payment provider fees, or other costs related to your chosen payment method.
6. Delivery & Risk
6.1. We deliver to the areas listed on the Site (e.g., [Greater Cairo / other specified regions]). Delivery coverage may change over time.
6.2. Any delivery timeframes provided on the Site or during checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, holidays, order volume, or courier issues.
6.3. You must ensure that:
The delivery address and contact details you provide are accurate and complete;
Your phone is reachable for the courier.
6.4. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, no answer, or other reasons attributable to you, we may:
Attempt redelivery (additional fees may apply); or
Cancel the order and dispose of the Products (especially perishable items), with limited or no refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
6.5. Transfer of Risk and Ownership.
Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery to your address or upon pickup (if applicable).
Ownership of the Products passes to you only after full payment has been received.
6.6. For temperature-sensitive Products, we use reasonable packaging and processes to preserve quality during normal delivery times. However, you are responsible for promptly receiving and properly storing the Products after delivery.
7. User Accounts
7.1. You may create an account on the Site to make ordering easier. You are responsible for:
Keeping your username and password confidential;
Restricting access to your devices;
All activities carried out through your account.
7.2. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
7.3. We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.

8.3. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
Reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Site or its content without our consent;
Use any automated systems (robots, spiders, scraping tools) to access the Site;
Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

9.1. The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except as required by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the Site or Products, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, services, or Products.
10.3. Subject to clause 16.1, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to your use of the Site or purchase of Products shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and Termination
11.1. Without prejudice to our other rights, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site or your account if we reasonably believe that you have:
Breached these Terms or any Legal Document;
Violated applicable laws or regulations;
Engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior; or
Created risk or potential legal exposure for Raslan or other users.
11.2. Termination does not affect any existing rights or obligations that arose prior to termination. Certain provisions (such as intellectual property, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply after termination.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
